Question Brakes

So im almost done with this axle swap. Took the stock dana 44 and chrysler axle out and put in a d60 front and d70 rear out of a 96ram 2500....I bled the brakes and started the truck and then went to apply the brakes and the pedal just went to the floor there is some preasure but not alot it is really week...also the abs light and the red brake light is lit on the dash i went to rebleed the brakes and there is no air in them at all....i think i might need a bigger master cyclinder since the new axles have bigger brakes on them, just lookin for a little guidence

Lack of pressure means air in the system or leak. Did you start your bleed at the master cylinder, then move to the proportioning valve, and so on?

The symptom of a too-small master cylinder is excessive pedal effort to stop, not lack of pressure.

I have never had to bleed a proportioning valve.... (unless it got stuck..... then I would just replace it.)

Have you adjusted your rear brakes? Pump the pedal a few times, (quickly) and see if you get solid pedal. If you do, adjust up your rears. If it is spongy, there is air in the lines, if it doesn't pump up, you have a leak.
