Picked up a Yaesu 2800m radio and had it set up to run the freq and channels for the fire dept. Also got all the police and several other cool channels :P 65watts of power and does awesome. also has the wx channels so i can listen in while storm chasing during the summer. As for my question I just ordered a 2.5in lift (springs front, blocks rear, shocks) also ordered a set of 33-1250-15 muds and black steel wheels but i didnt know they are 3.75in back spacing.. will i fit or will i rub?

i dunno about the rubbing, but if i remember correctly you may have some issues with the 15s getting over the brake caliper, may have to shave the caliper a bit. some people dont have issues some do, unless i am thinking of something else... than just disregard

 

He should be good on the 15's, I put a set of 15's on my truck as a test fit and didnt have clearance problems, now that backspacing might cause a problem but cant tell you for sure

Thats how our dept is. **** day one our asst chief spazed out and was like you cannot use that! you dont have a fcc license! blah blah blah! I wont cover you under our dept! Soo i basically said yea whatever andd use it haha.. I am getting my ham license though so it wont matter. plus i wanted it for other use besides the dept so it wouldnt have been fair for them to pay. (i storm chase, want to ham, play in the woods and so on.)

Really? Here is like pulling teeth to get a working pager, even with the minitor V's and if you break one you get a old crappy one even though they have more V's. Radios? RARELY if ever given out. You have to be a super high up to get one. Other than that your on your own.. Nice gear that fits right? yea right... but whatever i do it to help people long as i can do that im happy.
