Looks like the good ol' second generation sag! I've seen a lot of Rams like this. My neighbor drove his truck up against a wall with the bolts loosened, and literally used it as a press while he tightened it back up. Worked pretty well!

Yall probably won't believe me when I tell you how it got ripped off in the first place. I was out back in the pasture field unloading some hay for the horses. Got stuck in a small ditch, don't ask how, and being a 2 wheeler I couldn't get out. Soooo to get myself out I came up with the great idea of strapping my horses up to the bumper. Got the truck unstuck but the bumper paid the price. You know your a redneck when you use horses to get yourself unstuck! Probably shoulda paid a tow truck the 100 bucks instead of 300 for a new bumper and it's saggin sides

one trick i used was doing one side at a time...
