Creeking sound in the front end help

Default Creeking sound in the front end help

I have a horrible creeking sound in the front end when turning the steering wheel and when going over bumps ball joints? the tierods look tight but I dont have access to lift the front end to check balljoints. Any ideas?

mine also....got out and jumped up and down on the bumper...its on the drivers side and if had to guess its the bushings....heard from someone quiet awhile ago that there is a bushing softener? it will take the squeaks out or can change the bushings.

Easiest way to find the squeak is have a friend help. have said friend bounce the truck, while you crawl around looking for the noise.
