im looking for a locker or posi unit for my rear 9.25 i wana put 4.88's in and was looking around but jeez i cant afford a brand new rear unit. itd rob my wallet right outa my pocket lol. if anyone is selling one OR 4.88 gears let me know. im lookin to buy =] oh and does anyone know any info on a higher gear then a 4.88 or is that the highest you can put in a 9.25 rear thanks guys

I was looking into a selectable Locker for mine and ARB does not make one....Can't decide on What kind to put in.....heard some say LockRite and Others say Detroit . I think you can go as lower on the 9.25......but the lowest I could get for my front was 4:56 and that was just right.

 

national drivetrain.com has good prices on gears. as far as what you can put on your 9.25 got me. but if i'm not mistaken you have to change the carrier once you go past 4.10 again i could be wrong.

 

.yeah i have to put in a different carrier for my 4.88's i was just curious if theres a lower gear then 4.88 i could put in like 5.13 or something cuz i have 40's and i wana be able to get up and move out off a light with them on there. ill have to look into it anymore, hopefully someone might be selling a rear locker on here for thew 9.25
