Hey i read a post about this a while back, it had made such a difference in my truck that i had to move all the mirrors! XD My dad had the truck before me and used up the seat. lolz this is a great post!

I never did understand why Ma Mopar didnt continue with Vinyl all the way around instead of the cloth.

 

My truck is an ST, and it has the vinyl trim around the cloth seats, I like it much more than the all-cloth seats my old '99 SLT had.

 

I don't think my seat was worn down too bad, first thing I did was sit in it to see if it was different. Well it felt like I was sittin up higher, but when I sat in the passenger side it felt the same so I dunno.... I'll know after I've taken it for a drive...

yeah that's where I got the idea months ago, I don't remember who it was either.... I just decided to actually do it finally

 

I took my seats out and replaced them with bucket seats, 5 gal buckets from menards. ^.^
