You need photobucket, tinyurl, flickr or myspace. for the first two you copy the url into the little mountain icon on top of the post box. Flickr has a url under the pictures that you copy into that box and with myspace you can right click the picture and click "copy image location" (in firefox) or "copy image url" in google chorme then paste that into the mountain icon.

The sig picture can only be 500x250 pixels or 48.8kb.
You can upload it from your computer to the site.
To get at it you have to click User CP in the top left hand corner then on the left side you'll see "edit signature".

If your picture is too big then you can re-size it with MSPaint.
Right click the picture and paste it to the desktop so you don't screw up the original.
Then open the copy with paint.
In paint you'll have to hit ctrl+w and that will open the stretch/skew box.
In that box put the same percentage in each of the stretch boxes (80% horizontal 80% vertical) then click ok.
After that hit ctrl+e and it will show you the attributes.
If the picture isn't small enough then do it again.
The closer you get to the correct size you will want to increase the number you put into those boxes so you don't reduce it too much and make it a tiny picture.
