When you purchase a new or remanufactured computer (not from the dealer) does it come with the death flash? I have always wondered about this thats why I'm asking..

If it is updated with the latest software from Chrysler, which I'm assuming most are, yes.

I was curious because I changed my computer years ago, my old one was not flashed that I'm aware of..

But now my question is, usually when you have the death flash isn't power related issues accompanied with it?

What do you mean by "power related issues"? If you mean the engine makes less power, yes.
