DF, Identify these parts!
I have them too. Noticed them when replacing my headlight bulb a few months ago. I thought they were for fogs (because my truck didn't come with them.)
The sensor under the seat locks the seatbelts when it reaches a certain angle, causing it to think it's in a rollover or other problem area. I know this because i had my center console out and had that sensor on the ground, at one point something slid under it (truck is full of crap) causing the belts to lock.
Also i had my seats removed at one point, and the seatbelts did not work when unplugg, if i remember right the belts lock without the seat being plugged in.

If your still wondering what the vent hose is...
It is indeed for the axle, it is the axle breather which ends up on top of the upper shock mount. They way the block is, it is a T for the brakes, and held onto the axle by the breather itself. So the breather goes through the block, not coming in contact with the brake fluid T passages.

I scratched my head when I was about to install my braided line in the rear till I removed the stock block & breather & saw how it went together. The breather tube is attached to a hollow bolt that goes through the block & threads into the axle.
I disagree, and agree with others above. Mine is not a California emissions truck, and I have it as well. From everything I've read, it all points to a factory fog lights connector.
I might be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that it was for daytime running lamps. If the customer ordered DRL then the connector is already wired into harness and ready to go. If that's already been covered here, sorry for the repeat.
And here we thought you were such a nice boy. Canadians are tricky, though. They look like we do, and sometimes talk somewhat like we do. Sneaky bass-turds.
