Default need opinions on a new jack

my beloved little 30 year old floor jack has bitten the dust again, is not responding to an oil change, and its time to move on. i only use them for my truck and smaller cars, so i don't need nor want anything bigger than 3 ton, nor more expensive than about $200 max.

the OTC is available at the local parts store, with a nice pair of jack stands for $120 and has a 2 year warranty. no reviews that i can find on this model.

the Blackhawk is available at the local Northern tool store, and also includes a pair of stands. 1 year warranty. not many reviews, but all positive.

i checked into Sears, but their jacks only have a 1 year warranty and all the recent customer reviews are ALL unfavorable.

anyone have any recommendations of these or others ?

Spend a bit more, and go with the Blackhawk. I have one of those guys, and it was old when I got it. It is older now, and still works fine.

whats involved in repairing/refurbishing the old one? o rings/seals... i've never taken one apart but they must be rebuildable? I know safety is key here..

I have 3 ton floor jack from Sears, I have had it for about 7 yrs, no issues what so ever , even after my son left it outside, and we got 3 feet of snow!! I had a Lincoln floor jack that I bought used many years prior and liked that one also, thats gone now. I have an engine hoist from Harbor Freight (same basic principal) that I bought used and have used that about 20 times with no issues either..
