Had one hell of a time today. I found a scoket to fit the axle nut and could not get it off. I busted the cap off the u-joint on the axle (Can I replace that?).So I started to take off the nuts on the ball joints off thay would not come off just was spining So I cut them off. So I now have the axles out but still need some one to get the axle nut off so I can replace the u-joints. Does anyone have any Ideas? Thanks

Looks good. You should clean up that rear dif cover, with some dupli-color black paint, or red would look good to match your truck

Thanks. I will be cleaning up the whole front end and paint it. Forgot to tell you guys what else happend I was cutting the ball joints with a die-grinder the wheel started to chip I let off the air and took it out to look at it. For some reason my compressor got hot and kicked out. so I went to reset it let it bild up and hit the grinder to see if it would work. The wheel blow apart and a pice hit my pass side door and chiped the paint to the steel I am pisted.

this would be an awesome upgrade that i've always wanted to do, although i would need more than one day to do this and i dont have another ride. that pretty much limits me to any major upgrades involving jobs taking more than one day.
