Nice looking truck, I say again though stop with all this talk of trading up to a bigger cab I come on here to get away from that conversation. Seriously though, good lucking ride best of luck with it and the family.
It was kind (well not really) of a play on words since you had that baby a little while back.
How is that little stinker?
Doing great man! He's just starting to walk around while hanging on to the furniture and tables... man they grow up fast.

Thanks. Yeah, I would be set for a while if I could swing a set of 285's. Only problem is the tires on it are dang near new, so its hard to justify doing that (here we go again, trying to be all "grown up" hahahah).

Man, I don't like flairs at all to speak of, but I am digging those power wagon ones... not too big, and give it a tuff look. I can possibly see a set of those in the future.

Thank ya sir! Oh, and trust me, I am very partial to the regular cab truck. This damn thing I got now feels like a ship.
Night and day. I'm not sure what my new truck weighs in at, but its gotta be A LOT more than my single cab, yet this hemi pushes it around like nothing at all. It just coasts around in overdrive like someone is pushing it, while the 5.9 always seemed like it was struggling to keep olyelr up to speed (sure, some gears woulda helped, but it was only 285's with 3.92's... thats not too bad).
Power-wise, I am extremely pleased. The interior is kind of a let down though. Upholstery stains easily, drivers seat is already torn (so is my dads with 25k miles), and the back seat is not much bigger than a 2nd gen extended cab. Oh well... I still like it
Yes i cringe but doesnt Ford or whoever make a more true 4 door?? i thought ford or gmc had the true 4 door covered , besides the mega cab??
Yep, chevy and ford 4 door trucks are much roomier.
In all honesty, I was very interested in the newer fords (half ton or super duty)... mainly for the cab size, and they are very nice trucks. But, they are soooo damn expensive.
There is a six-door Ford running around in my neck of the woods..... when I first saw it, I had to do a double take, and then turn around and go back for a look....... That was just strange...
