Been looking every where, and the ones I find have no head rest hole or cover , and they don't have holes for the seat belts....

 

Try looking at the beach.

Oh, not that kind of 'seat cover'...... Ooops.

If there are any 4x4 shops around you, check there. If not, you might be able to find an upholstery shop that would either custom make some for you, or, fix your existing seat..... see which way is cheaper.

 

your local NAPA should be able to order some in for you, that's what i had to do and they will be fitted to your year of truck.
