Angry Truck is acting weird

Well I've recently been noticing a low idle sometimes on start up. Usually it lasts a couple seconds then goes back up to normal. Well tonight it stayed! I was able to get a video with my cell.

After this I did 2 short WOT runs so I could data log for hemifever. I was on the short road I work on. (I haven't let the rpm's go too high before this. I was scared, but high rpm's it shifts smooth I was impressed) Well anyway i parked it and went back to work. Came back maybe an hour and a half later and tried to start it and got this

This time I pumped the gas while trying to start it

While sitting there I was revving it and it would drop to 4-500 then jump back up the the usual spot

WTF is going on with this thing??? I just emailed hemifever the logs I got. I also basically told him the same things in this thread and included the vids. I'm going to Florida in a couple weeks I need this damn thing running right. I didn't start having the low idle at start till after the tune update. Like I said though it wasn't all the time so I don't know if it's a tune problem of not.

Figures I make plans and my truck goes wacky

Does the problem manifest itself if you revert to the stock tune?
