Most of the lift spindles I have looked at require a 17" rim or a smaller backspacing than stock, you would have to call the company that makes the spindles and ask them, most likely you will have to step up in rim size though

Run doetsch spindles. They are the shop down the street from us and they make great stuff. You will be able to run a 33x12.5 on a 16x8 wheel with only minor fender rubbing. I've installed 6 of their spindles and like them a lot. They use Chrysler snouts so they aren't the cheap china crap like ***tech makes.

Don't spacer lift these trucks. Your suspension will sit near full droop while resting, and you will max out your ball joints/ cause the upper arm to collide with ur bumpety bump stops. We had a customer install a 2in Daystar spacer after he left us with the 3in doetsch spindle installed. He was cruising down highway 78, hit a pothole and his upper balljoint on the drivers side exploded. He crashed into the median and got to enjoy a helicopter ride. He barely survived.

Bad news bears, spindle it and leave it at that.
