Your bolt pattern is 5x5.5, the newer rams are 5x5.5.
Problem is your 2wd, so you have your wheelbearings in your rotor vs. having a hub unit and then a rotor, this is were you run into clearance issues
To run the newer 20's you will have to run a spacer on the front rims, how big I dont know there is a couple people that have used spacers and it seems they all used different sizes, never really got a straight answer.
(it is said that the 02-05 polished aluminum rims will work without spacers)

just and FYI 97 and older ford 150's used the same 5x5.5 bolt pattern
and chevy is who used the 5x5 bolt pattern on the obs trucks
