Question drivers side manual window

I have a 2001 dodge ram truck - club cab
My drivers side manual window will no longer roll down or up. I have to use my hand to pull it up or push it down. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
Thanks in advance for any input.

Once you get the door panel off it should be as obvious as ***** on a tall dog what's gone wrong.

its probably come off of the little craddles it sits in. happens on electric windows more often. over time the glue that holds it deterates. (sorry spellin) if thats it go buy some Gorrila Glue and put it in the craddle, then put the window back in the craddles (probably two)

what makes the forum work is to post a question and some discussion and then the ANSWER at the end so someone else can benefit from the information.

so, what was the malfunction ?
