Default Pics of throttle Body. Enough oil for blown plenum?

Ive been reading up on all the threads about the blown plenum and found threads about the death flash. Went under the hood and saw the Flash pcm on the label. I would like to get a new tuner but i want to make sure everything else is ok first. The truck is kinda sluggish before i hit around 2700rpm then it takes off. Its got around 100k miles so i figured the plenum was blown but i cant tell if there is enough oil in there our not. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here are pics of inside the throttle body.

Rather than guess at it, I recommend using the test procedure given in TSB 09-05-00 to determine whether or not the gasket is blown.

I wish I was in Junction rather than where I am today... and if I were I'd volunteer to drop by and lend a hand. Heck, if I still lived in Meeker I'd volunteer to head down there to the lowlands to lend a hand.

Get a dentists mirror, take off the throttle body, and then look down there for a better view. That could just be PCV oil film, but it looks pretty heavy, I say its blown. But other skeptics will chime in and say its not.

I'll be the first skeptic and put money down that you do have a blown plenum gasket.

Yep its blown lol. I just did mine a few months ago. Its not all that hard just takes time and be very careful when putting it back together so that the new gaskets dont move when your setting the intake back on.
I did the hughes plate, intake gaskets,cap,rotor,plugs,wires,180 stat and bypass hose all at the same time since i was in there.
Here is a vid of mine. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-0Iyr9hT3A
