Default Putting truck with lift through safety inspection

Hi I bought a 2000 dodge ram 1500 4x4 for $1500 with alot of extras done to it, His hubs snapped off due to stupidity and it slammed to the ground causing it to be a total loss, also when in the government compound they ran it over with the loader. I work at a salvage yard so I have the parts to fix it and put it through the safety and get this sexy beast back on the road. Now it has a 3" lift on it with 35" mudders (not in pic, would get stolen at my yard). I am wondering when the lift kit gets put on does anything special have to be done to any of the bushings or steering? not sure with such a small lift, I would hate to spend the money and fail the inspection. Thanks guys!

3 inch lift shouldn't require any special modifications..... Check your local laws about how they feel about lifted trucks...... Get an alignment after the lift is installed.
