Default lift kit

hey guys im just trying to find a simple way to lift my 98 ram 1500...i just dont feel like paying $1600 for a new lift kit. i know my basics are my springs and my blocks or leaf springs in the back. i want to go 5 inches suspension wise...after that im going to get 3 inch blocks. but what all would i need to get for a suspension lift besides my 5 inch springs and my blocks in the back? cause in every kit that i look up they have the trac bar relocater and what not...i know i have to get new shocks too....but how big would i have to get them if i went with a 5 inch?

I'd plan for new upper control arms also. At least that's what I understand after reading a few posts. But then again what do I know, I'm just a 2wd guy. Haha

Diesels coils springs add a leafs drop pit man arm new control arms upper and lower shocks.

I have priced it out a few times and you are better off buying a kit rather than pice it together and you have everything you need.

Good place to call as well. They drop the prices on there products as well just got to know how to sweet talk them.

Haha ok thanks guys, I'll most likely just bite the bullet and just save up for a kit...that way I'll have every thing I need
