From what I've looked at it is a reverse rotation.
That is, if reverse has the diff on the drivers side, and forward has it on passengers side.
I may be wrong though...

Front axle is standard rotation. I just installed 4.88 in the rear and 4.88 in the front. All the work I did myself. I've never done axles. It was a learning experience. My Dodge is my second truck so it was sitting on jack stands for a month before I had all the pieces. I really took my time to do everything the best I could. Once the rear was done I put maybe 15o miles on it before I switched to the front. Front took a lot more work than the back. Its all these shims you need to keep track of. Rear just has adjustable rings. Anyway, I'll post some picts soon.
Rear R&P I got from Ron's Machining on EBAY, rest I got from Randy's Ring and Pinion.
It was a fun project. Be patient thou.
Good luck.

Yep, standard rotation. Make sure when you order you either get a new carrier for the front or use the thick gears. I say this because you stated you wanted 4.56 or 4.88's in a previous post, and the stock carrier (with 3.55's) cant handle normal gears with this low of a ratio... but any competent company should know exactly what your truck will need.

Yeah, that doesnt have anything to do with it. It depends on if the pinion is on the top or the bottom.
