Check the ground that is attached to the bolt on the power steering bracket. I broke that wire while changing out my power steering pump and didn't fix it correctly and had the same issue. While driving down the road It would just shut off and show no bus. If I move the wire it would work again. I finally fixed it after driving it like that for a few days. If you look there is a couple wires that run along the top of the driver side valve cover that ground at that location. Its a place to start. I'm sure there may be other reasons that this could also be happening. Good luck.

in addition to cleaning/retightening all engine and body grounds, do a search for "no bus". master tech had a good post where he said to unplug all the sensors, and then replug them one at a time to see if one triggers the no bus. crank or cam sensor is most likely to trip it.
