Default tires for a 2002 Ram on a 2001

Hey all. I have a 2001 Dodge Ram that I need new tires for. I have 255/75R16 now. I have found some new factory tires and wheels in a local trader magazine from a 2002-2008 Dodge Ram.They are listed as 5 Lug, 17" Factory Wheels, Michelin Tires, 265/70R17.

Will wheels from a 2002-2008 (3rd Gen) Ram fit on a 2001 Ram?

According to a chart I found, they should bolt right on. Might need to get the lug nuts that came with the wheels from the factory though, not entirely sure on that.

Does yours have the sealed bearings on the front (similar to a 4X4) or the older spindle design? Being an 01, it should have the sealed units on it and the wheels are a direct fit. May want lug nuts with a larger bulge on them though as the newer models had 9/16" studs and ours have 1/2". Other than that though, no problems. I fit 03 wheels on my truck with new lugs and had no problems, and definitely love the look! Check the spacing on the wheels though as I have read about some tire rub when you steer completely to the left or right. Mine rubs very little on the back of the wheel well, but not enough to do any damage, just enough to wipe the dirt off...
