transmission shifts all over the place
Hello
I am having trouble with the transmission ,it seem to not want to shift up from a start but will shift to 2nd or 3rd when reved high enough /but the motor does not rev past 2500. untill it shifts but when it does go to abot 2800 rpms it will shift up the shift down in to a lower gear acting crazy . Last week it was acting like that and after a while was fine the rest of the day ideas ? It is not slipping / 1999 2500 v 10 4x4 the truck has 76000 on it , it was setting about 4 years in a barn, the transmissiom was serviced with new fluid. Could it a sensor or somthing thanks JD
