little update:

I found the cause of my overheating issue. Looks like I will be getting some new freeze plugs.

Also i swapped out the tstat and water pump


I just remembered something. Do you guys know what would cause my oil guage to go to zero when in drive but when i moved the shifter into N the pressure would go back up but then back to zero in D? It only did this oncce and the check engine light came on. I shut the truck off, cranked it back up and then it was fine. Check engine light went off two days later.

 

Well its been along time since I posted here. After finding the crack in my engine and all the problems I kinda got a little discouraged with my truck. But today I decided to go take a look at a 03 quad cab. Now she is sitting in my driveway. Not yet mine, but close. me and the dealer couldnt agree on a price so he let me drive it for the weekend. Hate to tell him but im firm on my offer......well for the most part haha
