I just went through a mis-fire problem that took 6 weeks to solve, with a new engine of all things. the next step is to rule out any mechanical issues, so a vacuum check along with a compression test would be the next logical step, whatever you do do not just start throwing sensors at the problem. That is unless you really just want new sensors.
