33s is the largest I would go with stock 3.55 gears (that is what most people have stock, you'll have to check your truck to see exactly what you have). Even that will strain your tranny a little, IMO, and your MPGs (not that we're to worried about that, driving gas-hog trucks) will suffer.

I plan on moving up to 3.92s someday soon, simply because I got a really cheap deal on the parts a while ago, otherwise I'd be looking at 4.10s. 33s is as big as I plan to go.

The ratios that dodgeram07 gave you are pretty accurate.

5" rough country-750 from the website + steering stabil. 35 for a single and 90 for dual, dual can only fit on up to 99's. and by the way this kit does have everything a drop bracket for the brake lines and drop pitman arms, everything.

3" body lift you can find for 200ish comes with front bumper brackets.

and the gears would be like 1500 overall parts and labor.

plus ur rims and tires on top of that.

What, no love for 29" (3.55 gears) and 40" (5.13 gears) tires?

40s may strain the Dana 44 a bit.

I'm sure it could take it for a little while. At least until the first bump.

There are a few different ratios. Couldn't you do what, swap in D60s? Sure, it would be easier to set up new gears, you could have 4 wheel disc brakes and you'll have stronger axles after the swap.

Yes you can it takes some modding of the rear axle but for the most part its a rip it out and bolt it back up thing.

Most dana 60 came with 3.55 or 4.10's more 4.10's than 3.55.

Wouldn't be so sure on that......

My 2500 (dana 60's front and rear) is 3.55's..... I need better gears, but, money has become an issue of late.....
