Default Aftermarket Susp Components

I finally figured out what was clunking around when I go over bumps. Its the whole bar assembly on the front end that runs side to side with tie rod ends on each end. What is this called? Does anyone know where I can get an ungrade and buy the whole kit?

Thanks

Tie rod end RH side, then there is a sleeve connecting the tie rod end for the LH side.

Steering components? Or is it just holding the axle in place?

I dont have access to a camera right now, sorry. Its not the sway bar, I know what that is. It is a bar that runs the width of the truck...a tie rod on each side, and then it also connects to the steering stabilizer. It has a total of 3 ball joint lookin things on it.

Its not the track bar either.

When i don't know what a part is called, i just go to the parts store, have 'em bring up an illustration, and point at the part I want, and grunt. (yes, the folks that work there look at me funny, but, are used to me. )
