I am having issues with my A/C lately. When I go to speed up, it just cuts right off. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be? I was thinking maybe the A/C compressor needs to be changed with a new one?

But I did get my tool box today, had to drive about 60 miles both ways to get it.

i have that same problem with my truck its like you hall @ss then it cuts off. then you let off the throttle just a bit and it comes back right?

 

I don't mash lol, its just when i accelerate and then it cuts off, then when you let off the gas or hold it at a steady speed it will come back on. idk why its doing this, i think my a/c compressor is going out?

 

Search "wild Vents" You need a little 7 dollar part that will cure all your problems. Mine does the same thing.
