If you go to a muffler shop they'll have the right bung to weld on.

@ Aim, yes they have the correct bung but theres nowhere to weld it on. the y pipe goes straight into the cat 2 in 1 out cat. the o2 is on the cat itself in the middle of the y pipes coming in.

@ DR07 and dakota, yeah was turned on to the non-fouler. am tryin to do that, however, how dod you get around the fact the o2 hits the end of the SP non-fouler? and once the nonfoulers in and the o2 is screwed in does it effect the readings or anything at all, since its not seated in by itself and has the non fouler around it?

to use the nonfouler as a bung, just take and cut the bottom of it off....not talking about using it as most people do for the after cat sensor

They can drill the pipe anywhere to weld a new O2 sensor bung on. Its not as if the pipe is made of beryllium.
You can also have the cat cut off and moved about a half foot backward if desired. Just takes a but of spacer pipe.

Always place the O2 sensor above the 3-9 O'clock line. It will have a much decrease life span if condensation is allowed to collect and rest on it overnight.
