How to run fog lights with brights on??

I'm not sure why that's a law - the fog lights, if aimed properly, aren't going to blind oncoming traffic. The high beams will, but that's the way they're supposed to be.

In Tennessee, you must have at least 2 headlights, but no more than 4. With the brights and fogs on, there are 4 forward-facing lights and that should be legal. Now, if you have one of those cars where 4 lights are on when you click on the high beams, then maybe you could be in trouble.

Can't speak for other states.
