THey sent me pics of the gibson headers. They are rusty. They are the NON-ceramic coated stainless steel headers. But they are rough.

yeah. it will work. Not sure on that camshaft, but getting the heads and roller rockers for 1100 is a deal to me.
BAD THING: you don;t know if the previous owner ran the engine hot. If he did, those aluminum heads will be worthless. you really can't mill that much off of them because they are 58CC chambers.
WHy do you want to do a twin turbo setup? Do you have a lot of patience, or is someone else doing that for you?
Twin turbo setups are pretty hard. YOu need to redo your whole rotating assembly with forged components and use ARP bolts on everything.
Be prepared to spend 1200 on ARP 12 point head studs (Head studs are necessary for that much boost). I spent that much on a NA SBC.
