Default ( Water in Transmission ) Please Help

I was wheeling 2 nights ago and got myself in some Deep Trouble. I had to pay wrecker to come into the woods and winch my poor truck out of the mud. He said he would only charge me $50 for the winching.....but I told him i didn't want to drive it as there could be water in the transmission. So $160 later my truck was sitting in my driveway.....I pulled the trans pan and let the Pepto Bismol/strawberry milkshake pour out....changed the filter , blew the cooler out with my compressor, reinstalled the pan and filled it with some fresh ATF+4. I then ran the truck for a few short moments and then did it all over again. I am now in the process of doing it again and will continue until it is clean again or my wallet is empty. Is there any other suggestions on flushing this out? Or any other maintenance I should do to try and save it? It had brand new filter and oil less than a week before I took on water and I did not drive it. Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Some service shops (dealer) will offer a trans flush (with a machine). Call around and see what you find. This would be both the best and most cost effective solution I think!

your clutches and bands are probably contaminated with water.
you can try a flush and what not but if there is too much water you might be looking at pulling the clutches and replacing them

you're doing the right thing by not driving it.
two changes might be enough but 3 is better.
put a drain plug in the pan and it'll be a lot easier.

i hope its ok.
