Default Hard start when cold

Starting this morning, when i let my truck sit for awhile and cool down it cranks longer than normal... Then fires up and runs perfectly normal. Once i have started it i can shut it right down and it will fire up first crank. New IAC, new plugs... any ideas?

My truck would always start on the second crank when cold. Now that I replaced the plenum gasket it fires right up! Not sure if that's your issue but it is something to look into.

I also gave my truck a tune up while I did the plenum repair. So maybe just try that and see if it helps. My cap and rotor were worn so maybe try that. Only 26.99 for a brass cap and rotor at autozone
