Default the morning after....it rains

Just about everytime it rains while my truck is in the driveway, i get a misfire the next morning. Well id describe it as more of a studder that goes away after a mile or 2 of taking it easy. no CEL and only when i get into the throttle moderately. sometime its worse, others its not so bad.

I think it might be water getting somewhere it isnt supposed to, but and help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Justin

Is the seal between the rear of the hood and cowl missing or loose?
If so, I have heard of cases where water would drip on the dist. cap and cause this.
