Default Help with getting hot

I have a 96 ram with the 360 that is getting really hot. In temperatures below 75 it runs normal 200-205. If it gets hotter than 80 or so the truck runs at like 230-240 and sometimes higher. It has a new water pump, thermostat, and brand new coolant. It isn't leaking a drop and there is no moisture coming out of the tailpipe. Maybe a Radiator? I checked my oil and it was normal with no foam on the dipstick. Im afraid that if i keep driving it i will crack a head or blow a head gasket. Does anyone have any ideas what it might be? Also, it has 170,000 miles on the clock. It runs perfect no missing or anything. Runs awesome.

200 to 205 isn't out of the norm really but I bet that when you park or you aren't moving that the temp starts to climb up.

Check the radiator, but at this point I'm going to be that your fan clutch is shot and it's not pulling enough air at idle..

go cheap first and try the fan clutch. If that doesn't work, then it might be the radiator being clogged. But as laramie said, I think it is the fan. Also, check to make sure your shroud is not caved in and is fully wrapped around the radiator. If it is caved in then air is being pulled through the top of the shroud and not flowing through the radiator.

Have you cleaned the fins in your rad, you might not be getting enough air moving through. Lift your hood and take a pressure washer and wash all the **** out of the rad fins.
