Default Bully dog or hemifever?

Im deciding between bully dog watch dog and the hemifever they both basically do the same thing right? It seems like everyone has a big hype on hemifever but not anything on bully dog tuners. Is there a reason or just because? Help me out the price difference doesnt matter. Im in no hurry to get a tuner because I have a Hypertech max energy tuner but I feel like I still dont have the power I am able to get.

I'm not all that familiar with the bully dog tuner, but I hear that it isn't any better than the superchips tuner. Definitely the best thing you can buy for your truck in the way of tuners is an SCT by Hemifever. No doubt about it. The SCT is tuned specifically to your truck's model, year and engine by someone who is very familiar with these trucks. and when you get better upgrades like heads or something, you can get it fully customized for 100 bucks more.

I emailed hemifever@aol.com but it seems like a lot of tuners work with 97 it seems like 98 or newer. Can you watch like temp. and stuff like that on the hemifever like watchdog? I would love to go threw hemifever but I want to be able to watch temperatures and stuff like that.

get temp gauges man

sct is the only way to go with these trucks , you rather have a tuner that reads temps than give you the power you want ? doesnt make any sence

I don't know much about the tuners, just keep hearing people say the sct is the way to go.

If you want to be able to see anything and everything going on with your truck look into the ScanGuage II, I hear a lot of good things about them. Lets me monitor all kinds of data.

I do plan on getting the pillar gauges. So Iv really got to get a hemifever then if its that big of difference I really like having power and plus im putting 1.7, 52mm fastman and hughes air gap, plenum so that would add a great touch.
