Default Flickering Interior Dome/Reading Lights

My Interior dome/reading lights have been flickering lately. It only happens when I'm on the highway. My opinion is that the doors are starting to sag so the little 'turn off' switch in the door jam isn't getting a good enough connection (if that makes any sense) The lights tend to flicker more when it is windy and I can hear air flow in my driver side door jam. Is this an easy fix like re-hanging the doors or re-weather stripping the door frames? Or is it most likely an electrical problem? It only happens at higher speeds. I have only tried it a couple times but I will slam my doors shut and my lights wont flicker. Coincidence or is there a connection between the two?
Sorry if this a dumb question
