It looks for all the world like they mount by just bolting to the inner rocker panel....... Not my choice of mounting location, if you have heavy people using them.
Nerf bars that actually bolt to the FRAME would be far better, and, of course, more expensive.......

so how do you think they bolt up ? when i looked in the box today there was a couple screws in there ? you think it goes to the frame ? it goes too pretty much ny chev/dodge and ford says 94-01 dodge on it

I had these on my old truck. Mounted firmly to frame and look great! I am thinking of getting them again.

I have them... They work OK... and they haven't fallen off yet. They mount up to the body mount location, and they have a metal strap that connects on the floor pan too.
I'll try to get better pictures... here is one where you can kind of see the mount, but it isn't the greatest picture:

i had the bully AS-500 for a short period of time, they mounted on in a similar way to those, and if you do any serious offroading they wont hold up, that little alum piece that you mount to your body will snap right off

no experience on those steps, but if you decide you want full length step bars, look at the nasta brand. they're polished stainless and after 4 years mine still look brand new with no rust or tarnish.
