Installing ext. cab seats into reg cab?

Installing ext. cab seats into reg cab?
I'm sure this has been covered but I've been searching the forums and can't dig it up. I found some leather seats out of an extended cab 1996 ram. Will these install into my regular cab 2001 ram?

That's what I was thinking, but I also thought I remembered reading that they wouldn't fit. I figured a quick google search would give the answer but this has proven hard to get a solid answer.
