Harland Sharp 1.7 roller rockers. Don't have to tear the engine down, Get more lift, while keeping the same duration, and overlap. More horsepower, and torque, in the same power band. Just what a truck needs. Run less than 300 bucks, and you don't have to disassemble the front half of your truck to install em. Only other parts you would need would be valve cover gaskets.

yeah sounds bout right..but im also looking for that cam idle sound that everyone will hear and know shes aint stock!! if you know what i mean? and adding the cam will increase alot also.. i planned on putting new cam, lifters, pushrods, valve srpings, and roller rockers.

my other question if i do get a mild/medium cam would i need all that or can i keep the stock internals or what should i change and what can i keep?

If you get a decent cam, you will need springs, retainers & pushrods as well as an SCT tuner to get the most out of it.
Will also need, gaskets for the waterpump & intake. While at it also get a Hughe plenum kit cause if its not already leaking, probably will after
Decent cams need higher stall tc & gears as well.
