I have a 99 Dodge Ram 1500, with a 5.2, 4 WD. The Check Engine is on and I get the Code P1762 and sometimes P1757. I have replaced the Governor Sensor and the Governor solenoid. Still get the same codes and trucks wants to start off in 2nd when you put it in drive. But if you go fron Nutural to 1st it will shift into 1st gear. If I clear the code it goes into 1st when put in drive like it should. But drive it a mile or so all works as it should but the check eng. light comes back on and it wants to start off in 2nd again.
Does anybody have any ideas what is wrong? Could it be in the electrical supply?
