I have used the performace friction carbon metallics for 10 years now without a failure. We use to put them on ambulance's and police cars before budget problems made us stop.Maybe you just got a poo poo set,Im sure they will warranty them.I beleive they are the best pads made.Quiet, low dust, and hell for grip.I tow 6k travel trailer regularly, and wouldnt use any other brakes.I understand being dissapointed, but everybody screws the pooch now and then.

I got my Wagners from Advance Auto Parts. I think they got a 15 dollar rebate on them now.

There's a shop locally that rebuilds them. Its not the optimal way to go, but money is a bit tight and the dude stands behind them for 2 years.

If I rebuilt brakes, I'd rather stand behind them as well

He's a Texan. There's no telling what he's talking about. That reminds of a poem:
Here I sit
My cheeks a flexin'
Giving birth
To another Texan
Saaaaaa-lute!
