Default Performance Mods 95 with 318

Ok, I have done a few performace mods here lately cause pulling out in traffic was just scarry. Here is what I have done:

1. Complete exhaust from the cat back with Dynomax Turbo single in / Dual out muffler split the tailpipes and dumped the out the back in the corners.
2. Magnaflow Stainless Steel Cat setup, downpipes, cat and midpipe (new O2 Sensor)
3. Mopar Performance PCM
4. Volant CAI and Ram Air tube
5. Gibson Stainless Steel Headers (Shorties)
6. Tune up with Taylor 8.8 wires and Hypertech Coil
7. Mopar Magnum Valve covers - added at least 10 HP
8. Hughes Plate under intake
9. Fastman 50mm TB - installing this weekend.

All this has made it way more drivable and I can pull out in traffic and only have to go part throttle. I can definately feel a differnce in how hard it pulls at WOT.

Well apparently I have the mod bug and am looking to enter mod hell. I am torn between 2 more upgrades.

1. Replace 3.55 gears with 3.91 or 4.10 and add auburn limited slip.
2. Harland Sharp bolt in 1.7 roller rockers.

I know the first response will be do both....

Wanted to get opinions on which gear ration and which will be the best move also remember this, I would have to do the wrenching on the roller rockers and I am opposed to work.... How hard are these to install?

Also, I run a 30.5" tall tire.

Thanks!

Thinking about larger tires? Go with the gears. Gonna stick with the current size? Do the rockers. Either way, you won't be disappointed. Rockers would be the less expensive of the two.

No, don't want to go any taller. Looking at going wider at some point. Truck is 2wd.

I wish I could do the Mopar PCM but once again Cali trucks aren't allowed to do it.

sure they are... just make sure to keep the OE pcm and when inspection comes up swap them out til you get passed, then put the mopar back in. =) gotta love the loopholes.

To much of a pain to do...either that or I'm just lazy. Besides, I heard somewhere that Cali PCMs a programed differently then the rest of the states because of the different emissions standards.

indeed they are, however that has nothing to do with the motor itself. swap the pcm and you have a federal emissions vehicle.

and its really not hard passenger side firewall, 3 screws, and 3 connectors later and youve got your pcm out... 15mins. TOPS to swap it out.

a mopar perf. pcm will wake your truck up like theres no tommorow.
from what i hear the cali. standards suck @$$, since they have to be programmed to certain specs...

I say swap that bad boy out.

Where did you find for $250. I got mine from Jegs and it was $332. These are rebuilt units by the way. I am very happy with it so far. No problems cold starting/driving and I can feel the difference. Premium fuel is no big deal to me cause I live 1 mile from work.
