Truck Runs like sh*t
i checked when i got there, there is one sensor right where the two pipes from manifolds meet the converter... the computer at advance auto parts was arguing with me about it so i bout the right and left and figured id match up the one i need and return the one i dont use and buy the downstream... i also bought a can of TB cleaner and think im gonna pull the TB and all the sensors and do a deep cleaning on those as well...
Well that verifies that you don't need the left o2 sensor. You have Federal Emissions and only have one precat o2 and one post cat o2.
Replace it and clean the TB like you are going to do. But, make sure you remove and clean the IAC and the port in which it installs into on the back of the TB. Btw, do not push, pull or twist the IAC when cleaning. Just spray it and let it air dry. Also, remove the negative battery cable before you do any of this work.

You might want to start by just replacing the oxygen sensor and then testing to ensure that the problem is fixed before you do any more work. If you just jump in and change lots of things at once, you don't know which of those things is responsible for changes in running condition afterward and that makes troubleshooting any problems a lot more difficult.
