All the fuses are good, I have the wire cover black tube stuff over everything. The temp. sensor hasn't been tampered with sense I put it in. I suppose i'm ganna look a little more and see if I can't find anything out of the ordinary.

So my fan will work as long as my switch isn't plugged in im got a spare switch im ganna try when I get done wit work but its still weird.

Black with the white line is the negative ground wire. That's what Dodge uses as a signal, grounding the circuit. Are you using a controller? There are provisions for both positive signal and negative signal in the flex a lite controller units. If you plug into the wrong terminal, you can get weird things happening. Is the manual switch you a having trouble with wired in the positive or negative line?

I think that might be my problem I in the negative instead of positive. I was told its the only black and with white line in the big wire harness next to my brake fluid container.
