99 DODGE CUMMINS ton ; need more gears\ 2 speed

Im interested in adding more gears , like a 10 speed , to my truck transmission , its a 99 ton dually diesel with a 5 speed, wondering if there are splitter transmissions out there avaliable , or add on splitters ? Thanks
