What bumper is this, and where can I get it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated... this is actually the exact bumper that I would like to get for my truck...

Thanks guy. I think it's the street scene cover. $300 is a bit steep for a fiberglass overlay bumper in my opinion. I wouldn't question that price if it were metal.
