That may be due to phasing at the driveshaft at low frequency, under loading, when taking off etc.
Then, it smooths out once it's passed through that frequency range. Have the driveshaft checked for an out of alignment or, out of balance condition.
No kidding. When mine went out (track bar) it just clunked away. When my ball joints went, it was sloppy, clunky and loose feeling but, never shook the whole truck. Interesting.
