So, which part is going bad?
I was hoping on someone helping me identify which part is going bad on my truck. Here is what's going on:
Every time I turn off the truck a clicking will sound for about 20-30 seconds. The best way to describe the sound is to compare it with the sound an engine makes when cooling down after a long drive, you know, the click-clack, click-clack of the very hot engine.
Unfortunatelly, my truck sonds like that every time I turn it off. I can start it in the morning and immediately shut it down and it will still make this sound.
Any ideas?

Exhaust manifolds cooling down maybe? You can tell for sure if you have a mechanics stethoscope (3$ at harbor freight) or a metal rod that you can press to your ear to use as a stethoscope.
I'm not sure how long it takes for the manifolds to get to their normal operating temp but I know that headers are hot enough to cause 2nd degree burns within 5 seconds of starting the truck.

Can you pinpoint it?

Yep. Got burned in the same spot on my wrist from the muffler on the lawnmower the other day too. And I got burned in the same spot when I was a little kid from the muffler on a 1950 something allis chalmers tractor too.
